To do this and fix the “Invalid File” error at startup, you need to do the following:

• Open RUN and enter winecfg
• On the Applications tab, click Add application.
• Find and select the game executable file ‘GTA5.exe’
• Now, go to the Libraries tab
• In the search field, type asiloader.dll, dinput8.dll then press Add.
• I selected the option Native then Builtin and selected OK.
• Done! Close the window, start the game, and try it out.
