Story Plot

She grew up in fancy homes but was always haunted by the screams of the oppressed. After the French and Indian War, the Templars, led by the ruthless Rafael Joaquín de Ferrer, tighten their grip on Louisiana. Aveline has to deal with a world of spying and betrayal. She is recruited by her mentor Agaté to kill people, starting with Governor Jean-Jacques Blaise d’Abbadie and the traitor Baptiste. Along the way, she learns about Templar plans to send enslaved workers to ancient Mayan ruins at Chichén Itzá.
In 1777, as whispers of revolution spread through the colonies, Aveline’s journey connects with Connor from Assassin’s Creed III, and they join forces against the mysterious “Company Man.” Betrayals break her world apart, revealing family secrets like her stepmother Madeleine’s betrayal and her mother Jeanne’s fate. This leads to fights in St. Louis Cathedral. When you activate the Prophecy Disk, you can see holographic images of where humans came from, which shows how the Assassin-Templar conflict has been going on for a long time.
