The brothers who don’t trust each other go to Fairport to find Jin Sun-Kwon and stop Alma from being born, but Fettel has a different reason for being there. As they get closer to the city, a psychic energy wave crashes their helicopter, showing Fairport in chaos, with people going crazy or being killed by ATC. They see a horrible creature in their minds, which is connected to things that happened to them as children in Harlan Wade’s lab.
They find Jin, who tells them that Sgt. Michael Becket says he is the father of Alma’s child and that ATC is holding him captive.
