Rift of the NecroDancer

Rift of the NecroDancer moves Cadence into a rhythm game where monsters approach in musical lanes. Each enemy has a pattern, so keeping the beat also means recognizing what is coming. The Windows release can be tried through Winlator, but input timing on this build has not been verified on Android.

Storyline

Cadence is pulled into a new world and has to fight her way through the Rift. The setup leaves space for the characters and music without interrupting every song.

Gameplay

Hit the right lane at the right moment and adapt when a monster moves or needs more than one attack. Different songs introduce new combinations, turning a known enemy into a fresh timing problem. Rhythm games are sensitive to audio and input delay, so a phone setup that launches successfully still needs careful playability testing.
