Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate is a chess roguelike in which the black king has lost his army and found a shotgun. Each turn is a small tactical puzzle with an unusually direct way to remove white pieces. The Windows build has no verified Winlator result.

Gameplay

Move the king, choose when to fire, and plan around ammunition and the white army’s threats. After a victory, card choices change the rules for both sides, so a powerful upgrade can create a new danger.
