The Escapists makes daily prison life the setting for a planning game. The eventual escape depends on small routines, useful items, and avoiding suspicion. The Windows build has no verified Winlator result.
Gameplay
Follow the schedule while gathering supplies, crafting tools, and looking for weaknesses in the prison. A tunnel, disguise, or distraction can work only if its timing fits the guards’ patrols. Every failed attempt reveals something useful about the institution’s routines, making preparation as important as the final dash.
